The Kales fully mature by the 3rd month post germination however it is ok to harvest after the first month. They are a great source of nutrition and helps the immune system overall.

We serve all.

We experiment with indoor growing also as most growers in Toronto do to get a head start ahead of the Frost. Below is an example of an indoor setup using recycled bins. The plants you see are young tomatoes.
